FABULOUS FRIDAY (Jan 15) UPDATE FROM GROOMER AL

Hi Skiers and Snowshoers

January 14th temperature was -10c at 8 AM and about -3C around noon.

No new snow last couple days and warm temps made some icy trails on Coyote Flat.

Groomed and trackset Dogleg, Moose, Lynx and Coyote today.

Grumpy Snowcat had a oops on Eagle accent, breaking a Dozer blade pushing a large tree off trail.

As a result, Eagle Loop to lookout is not groomed so back-country skiers enjoy.

Hope to have snowcat fixed next week.

Also, a quick reminder for snowshoers to step over existing cross country tracks
