Groomer Al's Snowshoe Report November 28

Hi Skiers and Snowshoers

On Saturday November 28, it was a sunny and 0C on the trails with about 30 cm of snow.

The parking lot was cleared and the trails given their first panning of the season.

Moose, Lynx, Dog Leg and Coyote Flats were panned. However, there’s not enough snow to do Eagle Loop yet.

There are still plenty of rocks and stumps at the surface of the panned snow. We still require more snow before tracks can be set for safe X-country skiing.

Several snowshoers have been out using the trails.

Kudos to the summer helpers who cleared brush along the trails - you did an amazing job - THANKS!
