Hi Skiers and Snowshoers

Conditions are warm at trails, at 7:00 AM Monday it was +1 C and raining lightly.

Since last Thursday best guess is that we had approximately 8 cm of new snow. However, the rain has melted it back to 3 cm of warm, wet crust which is sticking to everything.

Cleared parking lot and did bit of maintenance on Grumpy Snowcat.

We did not groom the trails as the snow is too warm/wet/sticky.

On a positive note, AIM has the McKinney Road access graded and sanded and in good driving condition.
